The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the Sheraton towers and within walking distance of the Flow Asian bistro. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool were top-notch. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was great.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were impressive, from the spacious rooms to the well, maintained indoor swimming pool and well, equipped gym. the entertainment options were diverse, including karaoke and a bar/lounge area. the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing escape with its massage services and beauty treatments. the restaurant had a great selection for in, room breakfast, while the snack bar provided quick bites. the location was perfect for a quiet getaway from the city.
The service could have been better, with occasional misunderstandings while placing orders.

Room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Location was peaceful and away from the hustle of the city.
Some of the amenities were not well-maintained and required attention. staff could have been more attentive and responsive to requests.

The hotel had amazing facilities with a spacious and comfortable room, clean indoor lap pool, as well as a well-equipped gym. The food was exceptional, with a variety of delectable options catering to a variety of tastes. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The location was a bit challenging, as it was not centrally located and required a taxi to get to most places. some of the staff could not speak English fluently which made communicating some requests difficult.

The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to the golden Sheraton towers and close to the Shapingba area. the Flow Asian Bistro is a must-visit for delicious food. the room was spacious and well-designed with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options.
The staff's lack of English made it difficult to get information or order room service.
